After obtaining my Bachelor of Commerce and working in the financial sector for a couple years, I decided to leave the corporate world to seek a more fulfilling career. After working part-time as a hockey instructor and volunteering to help coach a house league minor hockey team, I quickly found my passion in life for teaching hockey and working with kids.

I continue to love working with kids and teaching the sport that I have loved since I was a little boy.  I get immense fulfillment from seeing my students achieve success in their training and moving up to higher levels of competition.  My goal as a teacher is to get rapid results out of my students while enjoying every step of the process.  I have attained my Development 1 Coaching Certification with Hockey Canada and continue to educate myself for new and innovative methods of teaching the greatest sport in the world!

Here are some of the experiences I have had along the way in this journey…

Winning the 2014 Clarkson Cup with the Toronto Furies

Playing in the 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 Smilezone Foundation 24 hour hockey tournament

Coaching a Women's Hornets team to a championship

And winning a couple championships of my own!
